Easy as Checking Your E-mail

No matter how busy life is your E-Statement can’t be misplaced at home. Available faster online, E-Statements are accessible from your Online Banking account with no additional passwords to remember.

It’s FREE. Choose to change one or all of your checking and savings statements to E-Statements.

You’ve Got Mail!

The E-Statement service works quite easily. When your statement date arrives, you’ll receive an e-mail notification from Pioneer Bank that your E-Statement is ready for viewing. It’s protected with your Password and ID when you sign onto your Online Banking account as usual. Then, the alert on your home page will link directly to the E-Statement.

Signing up for E-Statements

Enroll in minutes from the “Electronic Statement” menu tab in your Online Banking account, as follows:

1 – Check the “Select to activate eStatements” box.

2 – Choose one or all of your accounts for electronic delivery. For the accounts CHECKED, YOU WILL NO LONGER RECEIVE YOUR STATEMENT VIA THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE.

Prefer E-statements and a hard-copy? Print your statements for free from your Online Banking account at anytime.

3 – Verify your current e-mail address.

4 – Read the disclosure about our confirmation and e-mail testing procedures.

5 – Check the box “I agree to the terms and conditions.”

6 – Click the “Submit” button.

7 – From your e-mail account – respond to our verification e-mail to complete the sign up process.

Unsubscribing to E-Statements
It’s just as easy to unsubscribe to E-Statements. Repeat the sign up process above, but UNCHECK any box for the account that you’d like to start receiving statements via the U.S. Postal Service again. To finalize your new choice, click the “Submit” button.

Balancing Your Statement and Error Resolution
Normally, your statement via the U.S. Postal Service has additional information on the back side, like:
– instructions how to balance your statement
– error resolution information
– overdraft protection disclosures
– billing rights summary
