Take the First Step to Report Fraud
If you are a victim of fraud, call the three credit bureaus and request a “Fraud Alert” on your name and social security number. Any company that checks your credit will know your information was stolen, and they have to contact you by phone to authorize new credit requests.

During our regular weekday hours, please call us at 1-800-326-4424 for assistance.
When the bank is closed & on Saturday mornings – you must collect as much of this information as possible, so you can verify your identity and credit card via phone.
- Name and address
- Social security number (last 4 digits acceptable) or tax id number
- Card number, if possible
- Receipt with card’s last 4 digits, if possible
- Last transaction from card, if possible
Then, to report a lost or stolen credit card, please call 1-800-423-7503.
Reporting Lost or Stolen Debit Cards
During our regular weekday hours, please call us at 1-800-326-4424 for assistance.
When the bank is closed & on Saturday mornings – you must collect as much of this information as possible, so you can verify your identity and debit card via phone.
- Name, address and birthdate
- Social security number
- Pioneer Bank routing number – 075904445
- Card number, if possible
- Receipt with card’s last 4 digits, if possible
- Last transaction from card, if possible
Then, call our Shazam vendor at 1-800-383-8000 to report debit card.
